    This fine building steals your heart at first glance. Picture waking up in an elegant room with a amazing view of the Grand Canal! Staff are genuinely friendly and provide perfect service.     Couple getaway with fine views

    Beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal, the room was large, fine and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, room service arrived quickly, we were not charged for small items like coffee and croissants which was really appreciated.

    It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

    For a 5 star luxury hotel the service and the facilities should be improved. Even though the hotel is located in the center of Venice , one could expect something more at this price.

    Totally recommend for a fleeting moment

    Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, the fine decor, and the breakfast was a good experience with friendly staff were really nice. You're only a short walk from the ferry stop to explore nearby islands.

    Can't fault anything about it.

    This is an amazing hotel - one of the best I've stayed at. Great location in the heat of Venice. It's a converted palace and is such a beautiful building. The staff were wonderful and when they knew we were on honeymoon sent champagne up to our room for us.

    The location on the Grand Canal was perfect for exploring the Historical Regatta and The Italian Glass Weeks. Our room was lovely, the staff friendly, and the breakfast options were great. I loved the freshly squeezed juice bar! Dining on the terrace, watching boats pass by was a highlight. Highly recommend the rooftop views!

    The service at one of the restaurants was slower than expected, a bit disappointing given the hotel's overall quality.

    Ca' Sagredo is a beautiful hotel. Grand Canal location, frescoes, marble staircase, Murano glass chandeliers -- everything you want from a Venice experience. Our room (315) was more of the same, dramatic architectural details, beautiful lighting, and luxurious large marble bath with huge, deep tub. Room windows opened to the interior grand staircase and frescoes from sitting room, and to quiet courtyard from bedroom. The staff was very friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their work. Included breakfast was fresh and delicious with great variety.

    Nothing wrong with the Cannaregio location, but we did most of our wandering in other districts. You can walk everywhere pretty easily, though, and it was helpful being near the Rialto bridge to cross the Canal or for the vaporetto.
